Who uses TalentAC
TalentAC is built for corporate human resources departments, talent management teams, assessment consultancies, business psychologists, and organizational development practitioners running internal or client-facing assessment and development centers. The platform is a hosted business application used under contract by enterprise customers; it is not a consumer service.
Security and privacy
All participant data is processed under explicit GDPR consent. Access to participant records, assessment content, and evaluation data is strictly authenticated and role-based, with separate portals for administrators, project managers, assessors, and participants. All actions are audit-logged. The platform is served over HTTPS with HSTS enforced and strict Content Security Policy headers.
Access
TalentAC is an authenticated business application. Administrative, assessor, and project manager users sign in at the staff login page. Assessment participants sign in at the participant login page using credentials issued by their organization.
